Dan helps organisations across Australia design and deliver holistic and sustainable transformation and reinvention.
For over 25 years he has helped organisations respond to industry disruption by reinventing business models and performance through bold strategic moves, improving execution, as well as digital, cultural, and operational transformation.
His work spans the mining and resources, insurance, health, hospitality and logistics sectors. Recent examples include:
Leading transformation of a national allied health business to increase revenue by 50% in two years.
Leading transformation of the risk and audit function at the world's largest bulk export port authority.
Leading the successful launch of new services into a new market to enable company expansion and opening up future growth opportunities.
Launching a new compliance function by building a team and business plan from the ground up with an APRA regulated national health insurance company.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Project Management and a Master of Business Administration as well as a Graduate Certificate of Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety, an accredited professional of the Australian Institute of Internal Auditors as well as a University of Western Australia Scholar.
